    Its supposed to synergize resistance training with yoga, which is perfect for me... looking less for mass and more for functionality, and DDP barking yoga poses at me makes it seem less lame!

    I have been doing DDP Yoga for a few months. I still lift using MaxOT. I have tried to other yoga dvds out there and they where lame. This was different. The best part is I do not have to use those stupid cardio machines anymore. I get a kick ass cardio session and a great stretch after. The past few years before doing this I was getting so much arthritis pain. Now after lifting I do my thing, and leave feeling ready to destroy anything in my way for the rest of the day.

    I downloaded the set a while ago and when I really stuck to it for a few weeks, I felt a major difference... when I only lift, there's days I feel like **** and all worn down because I'm sore all day... doing DDP Yoga, I feel good a lot more often... a lot of people just tack it on after the weights when they get home... a little is better than nothing, and I think its helpful with recovery

    I have the Max pack. The Combo pack was professionally done and well thought out. Excellent purchase for working on flexibility, conditioning and nutrition. A lot of people think they eat "clean" but are surprised after following the three phases on nutrition. DDP Extreme feels like it is something he threw together on a day's taping. Audio quality is nowhere near as good.

    I see it more as a cardio workout than a great flexibility training session. I purchased Rodney Yee Yoga dvds for flexibility since he holds the poses longer. DDP has a hard-on for pushups so be prepared to do a lot of slow pushups.

    It is a worthwhile addition to one's training if you want variety with your cardio, need work on your nutrition and/or desire a little flexibility work.

    I watched the youtube vids and tried some of the free stuff he putt out for lower back and hamstring tightness. It worked great.

    I tried a great many different yoga routines, but DDP's is without a doubt my favorite. I do it on my "rest" days, but I'm drenched in sweat afterwards, and it feels great.

    I would love to actually attend a yoga class like the bikram one where you do it in an extremely hot environment, but I fart the whole time. Like biiiig airy ones the whole way like I'm wrenching them from me, and I'm not really afraid of farting in front of people, but I'd imagine this is the result for most people, and I really don't want to do yoga breathing in a cloud of anyone elses butt except my own.
    You can have RESULTS, or EXCUSES not both.
