Creatine, malate, nitrates, l-aspartic acid, nootropics, all heavily dosed. Killer endurance, pumps, strength. 50 FULL servings for $35, and tasty as heck.

I've used both, and I even like assault, but I feel like Fierce is on another level of pumps/endurance. Fierce all the way.

If you look on the side of the bottle it tells you exactly the amount: 2g beta alanine, 750mg Cutruline malate, 3G BCAAs, 750mg con-Crete and 1.5mg of crea pure per serving.
Fierce is not even in the same league as a profile like this. Now if you compared SPMax or Rage you have a valid topic of discussion.

What's funny is this thread, however when ****ty products like Fierce are discussed in context with a good product like Assault that is the line for me.
Really SAN?... MP has the best Medical team in the industry hands down and a reason there products work, who develops SANs products.. Some fat guy in a lab coat working out of a garage.
You might want to do a little homework on there formulaters.. They are kind of a big deal.

But okay, let's break it down here.
BCAAs. Assault has, but Fierce doesn't. HOWEVER, the BCAAs in Assault aren't worth anything unless you are taking a full scoop, as the 3:1:2 ratio would only provide the minimum recommended 3g of leucine with a full scoop. Even then, you would either have to be training fasted or doing Layne Norton's Muscle Protein Synthesis protocol (dosing BCAAS/Leucine specifically multiple times per day) for that to matter. But assuming you meet those conditions, and take a full scoop, fine. The BCAAs can be worth something and replace a dose.
Creatine. 5g with a full scoop of Assault. 4.84g with a serving of Fierce. Both are around the required amount (or in excess) for saturation. However, the Creatine blend in Fierce is also supplying nitrates which can contribute to an increased pump effect. So Fierce actually wins out there.
Beta Alanine. 4g in a scoop of Assault. Undisclosed in Fierce, but looking at the prop blend, I would wager somewhere around 750mg. Assault wins out in this category. But bear in mind that not everyone wants to feel a full dose of BA, and most people that know about BA are going to be taking it separately every day regardless. So while Assault wins here, it isn't too significant.
Citrulline Malate. Assault has it, Fierce doesn't. At face value, Assault wins. But look at the dose. You have to take a full scoop to get 1.5g of Cit Mal. Let's assume the best case scenario, and say it's a 1:1 ratio. 750mg of cit, 750mg of malates. Will it provide some benefit? A little. Recommended dose of cit mal is 6g for a 1:1, so as to get 3g of citrulline. Minimum that's really going to be worthwhile is 3g of cit mal in a 1:1. So a full scoop of Assault has HALF of the minimal amount that you want. For malates specifically, Fierce and Assault both supply them through different means. So all you're really missing out on is a severely underdosed amount of citrulline.
Stim/Nootropic Blend. Both have solid stim blends. Caffeine, tyrosine, taurine. Fierce has 200mg of caffeine, and a full scoop of Assault has maybe 300 from what I've seen tossed around. 300mg might be too intense for some, though. Aside from that Fierce has glucuronolactone, Assault has Choline. Both are good nootropics. It's harder to guess how much choline is in Assault, though.
Carbs. 18g of carbs in a full scoop of Assault. Now, this can certainly improve performance. However, carbs can lessen the effects of a stimulant. I guess this brings the 300mg of caffeine into more tolerable levels for some. But then again, a lot of people prefer to take in a higher carb meal sometime before taking a pre, and then taking a pre on a fairly empty stomach, so as to have the full effect of the pre. Not only that, but some people don't respond well to having something "heavy" in their stomach so close to a workout. In addition, this makes the product a bit less versatile for people who are cutting and would like more control over their macronutrients. All in all, I would consider the inclusion of carbs to be a detriment.
Price. A tub of Fierce is $35 on bb.com. A tub of Assault is also $35. Fierce has 50 servings. Assault advertises 32. However, those are half scoop servings for the Assault. My comparisons have been for a full scoop, as that is what MP advertises the main ingredients by, and is the only real way Assault can try to compete with Fierce (or other products). But going up to the full scoop leaves Assault with 16 full servings at $35, and Fierce with 50 full servings at $35. With that price savings, you can purchase whatever minor things Fierce may be lacking.
There are some other things throughout both products that I feel less than qualified to weigh in on, so someone else feel free to do so.For, behold, I have refined thee, I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.1 Nephi 20:10

Take a look at the reviews on both products and each products formula. Everyone is looking for something different in their PWO.

I agree everyone is different and should go with what works. The funny this how much hate or denial comes when someone like a MP product, by other companies reps or shills.. I guess when companies have been around for a long time and they can't get the products to sell very well, then a company like MP comes out of no where and is taking over the industry by night then everyone who likes MP is a shill all of a sudden. LOL The thing is go on MP ******** and see why they have so many dedicated fans who love there products. Kind of sad SAN has a whopping 47 likes... http://www.********.com/group.php?gi...6300961&v=wall
MP has over 50,000 Fans ;0 http://www.********.com/musclepharm
Bottom line is MP products work, they have TOP doctors involved, and they take the extra step in getting the products certified by credible Companies like NSF and that is why custumers choose MP.

Odd, i don't know where you get your information from but...
MP has 2,898 likes on ********, and MP just barely turned in it's first quarter of positive earnings. Your brand is popular because it's linked to MMA, a sport that caters to guys sitting on a couch, not in the gym working out.Psych & handcuffs

I was a huge NO explode Fan before Assault. No reason to change when you find something that works. Bottom line is Fierce is not even in the same league as Assault, and people get on me for shilling when Fierce and WF is flooded this forum with there shills but yet no one calls them out.. Say what you want Fierce is nothing but a creatine product and nothing else.
