yes thats what it means, but it doesnt restrict it enough to account for loss in performance, in fact the stimulating effect will probabl lead to an increase in performance, and usually it is coupled with vasodialators(opens up blood vessels) in pre-workouts anyway which would pretty much cancel out the constricting effects

That may be true in some cases, but I just went to the doctor last week and I have 120/80. I take CryoShock and other products with 1,3 on a daily basis. People really bash this ingredient....
I feel a healthy individual can take a reasonable dose relatively safely...

people here are such pussies when it comes to 1,3d, it's ridiculous
1,3d is a stimulant, a tad more powerful than caffeine, so you will have caffeine like side-effects but a tad bit worse/stronger
no matter what stim you take, you will have side effects, and they will be worse the stronger the stim is, but the stim effect seems to always outweight the side effects... unless you're a complete pussy
try smoking some meth, you'd probably have a panic attack that causes a heart attack JUST because of overanalyzing the side effects!!!

DMAA <3
Sucks how it gets you psychologically addicted.. I understand why people want to supplement it all year round. When you run out of DMAA, a few days later you're just a little weaker and unfocused.أشهد أن لا إله إلاَّ الله و أشهد أن محمد رسول الله

Here is what the study says:
Other studies involving caffeine alone,16,21,22 as well as caffeine combined with agents such as yohimbine and PEA 17 have noted similar findings for HR, SBP, and DBP as in the present study.
The results of the study simply demonstrate that 1,3-DMAA is a stimulant. The absence for a chronotropic effect also demonstrate that it has no direct agonism and cannot compensate for the baroreceptor reflex (as compared to ephedrine). There is no evidence that it impacts liver values.twitter: @bullexinferis

Bump.
Do people still use this and if so, where do you get your DMAA?
I'd like to order it but basically the only place I found to be selling this is nutrivitashop.com and I'm not all that sure about how legit the site is. I mean there isn't much (if any) experiences etc. to be found about that site.

I meant no disrespect. I just joined and thought this to be a bodybuilding orientated forum (as in discussion), didn't know they sold supplements of their own.
What comes to using search engine, I used it and came to this thread. Thought bumping was always better than creating kind of a dupe thread?
Edit: By the way does bodybuilding.com sell DMAA in general? I'll be sure to buy and support the site if that's the case.Last edited by Vulgrim; 05-29-2014 at 08:30 AM.
