Multi-Vitamin and pre-workout question
I am currently taking GNC's Mega Men Sport vitapak. It is a good supplement, but I looking at comparable alternatives that might be less costly. I am trying to cut back some on my supplement expense per month. How does Opti-Men and Orange Triad compare?
I also take BeachBody's Shakeology mix which has a great assortment of vitamins and minerals.
While on the subject of supplements, can anyone recommend a good pre-workout mix. I do a lot of cardio, both prior to weight training (3 times per week) and the other two days from Insanity and Asylum workouts. I hear that products like NO Xplode and Jack3d are not good if you do a lot of cardio and to be perfectly honest, I am very cautious about the ingredients they have and their effects. I did purchase ON's Amino Energy today hoping that it would be effective.
I am looking to bulk up some more, while maintaining a toned physical(lower abdominals are my most difficult area at present time). I'm roughly 5'11, 165lbs. Maybe, would like to get upto around 170lbs.
In addition to the supplements mentioned, I take either ON's Gold Standard Whey or Myofusion everyday, along with pure creatine on weighttraining days only.
Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated! Thanks!
