What an inspiration! I just made a goal for myself for the next 10 years of my life (50) to get in the best shape I can. This and other stories like his on bodybuilding.com inspire me to keep going into old age.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

The product can be found at the following internet location. h--p://---.bachbars.com/shop
Sorry about just giving you the web address and not saying anything else (was in the midst of meal preparation and had to leave). I tried the small sample bag of Superfood Mix on the recommendation of a fellow swimmer. Found it satisfactory but a bit pricey. As a retired immunobiologist, IMO it's not the a "majic bullet" if you're completely satisfied with your current supplementation regimen. Also, didn't want to go to the Valley of the Banned for promoting a product not sold here.Last edited by HoustonTXMuscle; 12-24-2011 at 07:04 AM.
Inactivity Kills!!!
My journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=140991491 Age is NOT an acceptable excuse.
Played with dinosaurs as a child. Back then everyone was thin; it was a matter of out-running the raptors or being one of their meals.

Join the club, you now show the beginnings of your own Oldfartsheimer's LOL
On the other hand, have a good laugh at all of our mistakes and note they are fewer than our contemporaries and then wonder why. Maybe you'll come across suggestions here and there for ALCAR and ALA, Omega 3s and Vitamin D3, Ubiquinol and Astaxanthin or even some for Coconut oil. If you then get on board yourself, then you'll probably never have to worry about anything more than such simple oversights like this as you someday, way out in the future of course, turn into an old fart like the hard core 70 somethings around here.Last edited by Dutchman; 12-26-2011 at 12:08 PM.
Dutch
For four generations my family has answered the call and served as needed from Europe to Asia to 9/11. We will gladly stand and fight again to preserve our freedom from tyranny.
