What an inspiration! I just made a goal for myself for the next 10 years of my life (50) to get in the best shape I can. This and other stories like his on bodybuilding.com inspire me to keep going into old age.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Definitely , inspiration comes from many places and I for one love being motivated. Goals keep me on my path of bodybuilding, knowing that there are no limits and that nothing is impossible keeps me going. VERY impressive. I would guess that guy's age at maybe 50. This guy, at 71, has developed a physique that guys in their 20's and 30's would love to attain.

Sorry about just giving you the web address and not saying anything else (was in the midst of meal preparation and had to leave). I tried the small sample bag of Superfood Mix on the recommendation of a fellow swimmer. Found it satisfactory but a bit pricey. As a retired immunobiologist, IMO it's not the a "majic bullet" if you're completely satisfied with your current supplementation regimen.
