Calves are like boobs on a woman. You either have them or you don't. There's some hope though since calves are made of muscle and you can make your muscle grow. Some more than others.

Former fatty here. Bishes and bros be mirin my strong muscular hyuuuge calves.
But I think they look bigger then they acually are because of fat that's really compact. They've gotten smaller over time because I neglect them like a step child locked up under a stairway closet. You are your thoughts. Life is perception, thoughts are perception, perception is reality ergo thoughts are reality, I think therefore I am.

I stopped bothering, not that I didn't see results. I went from 13 to 16+ in a year and a half. Then I tended to run out of time when doing leg day, a year has passed since then.

I have very muscular but thin profiled calves. For my size and profile I don't think I'd want them to grow any (other than further defining and sculpting I mean)
I am interested in what OP and some of you others want your calves to look like. Anyone care to post an example or idea of their ideal looking calves. It's just out of curiosity, because in my experience peoples idea of the perfect calves varies greatly. I have a friend who has very wide muscular calves that I wouldn't personally strive for, but he gets compliments on the all the time.

Calves
I have been working calves for a while now doing like 11 sets 3 front calve pulls. 3 sets standing calve raises 3 seated calve raises and a pyramid set of 6 calve presses. Havent seen any change except they might of gotten smaller. I only work them 2 days a week have proper nutrition. No difference sore for about 4 hours after.

went from 320 to 230 and trimmed all the fat around my massive calves. try pointing your toe in at a 45 degree angle and out at a 45 degree.
