Breakfast: 15Egg whites, 1cup oats, some dry fruits, Apple, MCT oil, water.
Another meal: Yam, grand beef, some green
Another meal: 1cup oats, 10oz chicken

@ Schmack did you stretch out after leg workout? I use to never stretch out and would get hardcore DOMS. I think I told this story before but I was trying to climb over a fence and I fell straight on my ass lulz that's how DOMS my legs were.
And lmao Evo, I thought that was your meal for cutting god damn hardcore. Oats + eggs wtf!
Got back/shoulders today but just woke up very tired atm =|.
