Supsup! For some reason after finishing up calves (after leg workout), I still had energy running through me so I jumped on the hack squat and destroyeddd my legss.
Had so little to eat but it was the most satisfying dinner... bulgogi, rice, broccoli, bell peppers, kimchi, and tofu.... sounds like a lot I know, but it was really only about 2-3 bites each. Soo awesome omg!
Time for some bedtime cardio

Prevention > Treatment anyday. I really don't do that much for prevention/prehab, at least not as much as I should. But here is a really good exercise/easy to do between sets for your shoulders. Can be done with those resistance bands or a broomstick
