I don know why some of my friends make a big deal out of the A when they go there...maybe because the Mi Dangs there are cool. lol.
What a great playoff weekend in the NFL.
Im a cowboys fan but im rooting for our division. Go giants.
Its going to be a good game for the NFC championship. Who would have ever thought the Giants make it this far.
I got more respect for them seriously.
The 9ners too! mush respect from a team that stuggled for a while now in the championship round.
As far as the AFC good ol rivals, pats and the ravens. That will be the game to watch.

Sounds... Well, I ain't going to lie, it sounds boring and not fulfilling! Where's your before pics? You guys are taking this challenge pretty serious huh? So far all I've done was cut out the fatty foods, and start lifting again lol... Hopefully after the first month and a half (after I can put some muscle on my bones) I can go on a real diet like you guys.

Icic... Same here, I'm trying to get back on track and start like it's my very first time. Not so sore this week as my first several days back since last week... Hopefully my muscles and keep growing
No... I'm not trying to go on a bulk bulk, but rather build a little muscle while I drop my BF until I can completely focus on weight loss (maybe for another month). So far it's somewhat working, haven't really trained long enough for me to notice anything yet.
