My lower back had already been slightly hurting from all the deadlift/rackpull volume that sheiko calls for...I foam rolled, medicine ball rolled, and stretched so I figured I was ok...I got to the 355x2x3 and on the first set I did the first rep no problem...the second rep I felt this pain just shoot down from my lower back to my leg...So I stopped there...stretched and rolled some more but I could barely walk...

Do not want to DL. Hope you have a speedy recovery Lugie.

Damn they look good for under $10 too. Klipsch s4 I think is pretty high end for being around 40$. I ordered some used ones from ebay for $30, since I'm going to be changing the earbuds anyways.

How the panasonic holding up does it block out sound? With the earbuds when I wore them yesterday blocked like good 90% noise so that's good thing because I hate hearing people yap while I'm doing cardio.

Get a blender, i scoop of chocolate whey, ice cubes cup of your choice of coffee, some bailey's fat free cream, blend it up, and boom! so good. im having it right now. i actually did this after work yesterday...and was liek dayum!

Bun Bo Hue is amazing brah, it's like pho except the noodles are thicker and it's spicy. You should try it, but I think it's harder to find in Cali when I was there not many restaurants served it.
