I just looked at when I first started posting in ABB and to my surprise I am on the first thread! I was just a lurker for the most part. Braso in the Flip thread was also one of the first.

I'm going to watch you guys in the contest for motivation. I've been slacking lately so I'm in that place where I lost weight and dont' want to cut and gained fat and dont' want to bulk, and its more of a just 'get my ass back in the gym' regularly kinda place.
