Cliffs- Help me understand what muscles gain the fastest.
Very important to me now that I've finished my body weight training and am getting ready to head to the gym.
I've just finished measuring myself based off this.
At 6"0 and a 7" wrist I completed all the measurements and everything matched almost exactly except Chest, Bicep, forearm and neck.
I haven't begun lifting yet and my only goal is perfect aesthetics, not size. I'm aware these measurements are open for debate but as an artist I know that this ties in very well with the historic concept of beautiful anatomy.
Question is- Are the areas I need to improve in, the harder groups to build up?
