Will try to answer as best as I can, however, it's always best to see your dentist and get an actual exam completed. GO!

At my clinic we only do pre fab post and core. I have not had to much experience core and post which we take impressions for. I've tried a lot of different prefab post and core and have not had any vertical root fractures. We do clinical research with Gordon Christiansen at our clinic and try a lot of new materials including post and build up materials. Vertical root fractures happen when you use to large of a post. Hope this helps

Flossing is really important. Think about it this way, when you brush your teeth, you are getting about 60% of your tooth surface since the bristles will not reach inbetween. Flossing is the only way to reach the pockets in between where most food and plaque will build up. Floss at least once a day or else have stinky breath. j.k. A lot of bone lose is from not flossing since plaque will turn into calculus and more buildup will occur around the calculus. So basically it usually goes from gingivitis(soft tissue related) to periodontitis(bone loss, hard to reverse in most cases)

I would recommend seeing your dentist asap. You can get pericornitis which is an infection around the 3rd molars due to partial erruption. This can lead to some serious problems if not addressed. People swell up like chimpmunks sometimes due to infection of the 3rd molars depending on the case.

It can range from minimum $100k to $500k. If you you own multiple clinics and hire associates, your income can be $500k+. It all depends on how you want to run a practice. Some people like to chill and make o k money and some like to hustle and make more money. Everyone is different, so it ranges widely interms of income potential

I would always go with whitening as veneers will require some enamel removal and tooth preperation. If your teeth are not aligned, veneers can be an option instead of ortho. If your teeth are aligned and whitening is all you are looking for, see your dentist and trying to get a higher concentration whitening system 30%+. However, some people become to sensitive to the higher concentrations.
