    HIIT Cardio Routine

    'Liked' it via FB. Nice write up. Personally I like to go about 60-90 seconds HIT, and 60 seconds to recover. Rather then allow my clients more rest time or extra rounds I usually try to increase the duration of the HIT round up to 120 seconds. HIT is great for fat loss but I never utilize it for that, it's mainly for heart health/cardio. I save LISS for fat loss focus when dieting.

    Interesting, I'll have to do a little research on having a longer sprinting period and shorter recovery period. Personally, I haven't heard of LISS though so I'm actually googling that now. Thanks for the feedback!
