Took my first preworkout supp, is it normal to feel exhausted when it wears off?

Took crazed, had a free sample from a supp store. It was pretty good, did back and shoulders at the gym and hardly felt tired or the need to rest. I did not feel pumped or really energetic I just felt that my body was ready.

So I come home and do not feel tired, a while later I am exhausted, I am sooooo tired its ridiculous. Is this a normal effect?

did you take the whole sample? im pretty sure the whole sample is 2 servings.. maybe it was to much for you and u crashed.??

This sounds like a crack deal. Sounds like you just crashed. Maybe Craze and your body just doesn't work. Tried any other pres?

Sounds like you crashed. So some guy in the supp store gave you a ziplock baggy with "Craze" in it? I'd ask him how many scoops were in there. It could very well be that Craze just made you crash but I'd feel bad pointing the finger at them when your sample was put in a ziplock baggie by some supp store employee and we aren't sure how much he tossed in.

Driven Sports doesn't offer samples that I know of, or else I would say contact them for one.

Craze did hand out a bunch of samples around release. from ********, but im thinking this guy at the store either gave you a scoop from his personal tub of craze, or claimed he gave you craze and really gave something else. Did you see the actually tub?

i wouldnt trust some random guy at a store giving me powder in a ziplock bag..

It was crazed, I mean it worked very well, I hardly felt tired and I didn't feel a pump at all.

I was at the supp store and was talking to the manager, he gave me a small discount for what I was buying because I choose them instead of this other store because they were too expensive. We had a good talk and he asked and offered to give a free sample of crazed. So he got his crazed tub and took out 1 scoop and put it in a bag.

Then yea it sounds like you just crashed. Maybe try another preworkout? I know Controlled Labs and Universal have samples. If Crazed made you crash and you're not used to taking Pre's I would steer a little away from Universals (Animal Rage). It is a bit high on caffeine. Controlled Labs White Flood or Gaspari's Superpump MAX are both lighter on stims, not sure if Gaspari has samples though.

Yes, that is the image I was thinking of when I posted that.

But what exactly is a crash? I hardly eat anything with caffeine, no soda or anything like that. So is that why I crashed? Because I haven't had any for so long?

I'm sure someone can come give the anatomical and physiological definition of why a crash happens affecting this or that.....in normal people terms you amp your body so high on a stim, excited and feeling of euphoria, that it can not maintain at that level and you "come down" or "crash."

If you consume lots of caffeine your caffeine tolerance can increase allowing you to consume more caffeine with less effects, not necessarily a good thing. For Craze it could just be the combination of ingredients didn't mix well with your body and once your body was done being stimulated and forced to work your body went "Ok **** that is over, now it's time to ****ing recharge."

i made a couple of threads trying to get some info and this guy just gave me bs. Hes a wannabe fake. He probably has a bowflex that he uses to hang clothes on
