For bulking, food is the most important supplement. As for actual supplements, AfterMath protein is my favorite adding 13g of carbs to 23g of protein. It has a very nice profile and tastes great.

Is there a mass gainer inparticular that anyone has had great results from? I don't truly get enough calories in a day.

Most so called Mass Gainers are full of sugar and other things that are of zero benefit. I add milk to my protein shakes for the xtra calories. You will have to plan out 5 to 6 meals a day to get in your proper caloric intake if you are going to be bulking. If you are a hard gainer, then peanut butter is your friend. Cost efficient, high in protein and calories.

Supplements for big guys trying to lose weight

So I am trying to lose weight with cardio and weight training. I was 343 and am now 295. Weight loss is going well, but I want to make sure I am getting the most out of my workouts. Is it advantageous for me to use supplements (whey and cretine) or should I just continue watching the diet and working out. Thanks.
