    78g carbs per meal?....

I calculated my BMR and calorie needs for bulking based on my high activity level and physically demanding job. I need: 4697 calories total. I divided my protein, carbs, and fats into six even meals based on 40/40/20 and I got 78g protein, 78g carbs and 17g fats per meal.
Is this even close to correct? I like to keep my diet as clean as possible but this looks like it is calling for alot of garbage.

You dont need to have exactly same amount of food in every meal. Just figure your needs for protein and fat, fill the rest what you like, there is stickies for this.

Almost 5000 Calories of healthy food seems a bit difficult, not talking about the carbs specifically. Maybe a weight gainer?

youre worried about not eating healthy food but want to use a weight gainer? yeah. that makes sense, go with that...
Ditch your meal plan and develop a diet that combines sound nutrition with the foods you enjoy by eating when you see fit in the portions that allow you to achieve your macronutrient and caloric needs while providing sufficient micronutrients, energy and satiety. One can never forget that nutrition is a tool, not a restraint; the enjoyment of life should always come first. Psychological, sociological and emotional health should never be threatened by the attempt to increase physiological health.

A more accurate way of figuring out your macro numbers is using your bodyweight and body fat %, NOT percentages.
Second, 6 meals? Is that the magic meal number?
Lastly, judging by your pic, I would redo your bulking numbers. 4697 seems way WAY too high.

Once you consume your recommended daily allowance of vitamins and minerals then you have what you need for the day and going above this won't get you any bonus points. Lifting weights and other forms of physical exercise have a protective effect on the body so the things that might be bad for a sedentary, overweight, diabetic will not affect you the same way. Carbs are good. Your going to need them for all the exercise you get each day.
