Hello Canadian BB'ers,
I'm visiting family in Toronto for a long weekend soon, and am wondering if there's any "hardcore" (ugh, I hate that word) gyms in Toronto. Yelp and Google are only showing me Crossfit boxes and yoga studios... not really what I'm looking for, and the old threads asking this question are from 2011. Any help anyone can provide will be very appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Interested in seeing your progress for strongman. Any compition dates set in mind? Im trying to get back into fitness been lifting for the past 3 months and breaking alot of PRs but my cardios been lacking. I was cravy fit a couple of years back but got a weird throat infection and lost my motivation. Aim now for one of next year's Spartan races so gotta get my running legs back and learn to love burpies.You may delay, but time will not.

I've forgotten about the darn thread again too, lol.
Both my boys are back in school, dreading the winter and unfortunately not training at a hundred percent due to bursitis in my right shoulder. It's going on a month now, and it's bringing me down. In motivation and size. It's crazy the difference I see in my left and right sides.
