Mostly out of the gym in my basement.... I'm just starting out.

Trying to put on weight so I do very little cardio and a lot of weight training.

.... funds are tight so a gym membership isn't a priority for me.

i did my first show back at the end of October. had a lot of fun and learned a lot about dieting and myself which makes it easier to plan this time around. my current progress looks like I am ahead of schedule from last time, so hoping it that i will come in a lot tighter this time.

Any cardio...you doing two-a-days with that too? In my two preps I had to rely on that to get in shape. But looking back it may have cost me some size....
