I've been on the MP waiting list for at least 2 yrs now. Nobody answers the phone or replies to messages. Also did the paperwork to do a ride along at CFB Borden and then never heard back from them. Was hoping to network or something but that was a bust. Currently I'm trying a different approach to that, see how it goes. Until then, a career in welding is my plan B lol

It was open when I was placed on the merit list. Apparently it's currently open. Might try to get in using my welding experience and then transfer. Problem is if I'm in for welding and they red flag it (in demand) they wont let me transfer into anything else since they cant afford to lose anyone in that field. The dream is to be an MP, if im welding, probably have a better living in the private sector

training partner/spotter in oakville/toronto
Hello everyone,
I"m looking for a training partner/ spotter for weights in the toronto or oakville area. I've been using the gym at my office but there's nobody there in the evening when I workout and I prefer not to use the bench press completely alone at the gym in case I get stuck under it.
I'm flexible on scheduling-- it can be just once a week every once in a while or a weekly regimented schedule. I'm in downtown Toronto on weekends so can travel to your gym and pay for a guest pass if needed or can also let you into my gym in oakville on weekday evenings.
