I am so not a morning person, I used to be such a night owl. For the longest time, I used to hit the gym between 11pm and midnight and then I got married and had kids, now I can't sleep during the day so I'm always tired whether I work days or nights lol. Its all good though...

Came in leaner and seven pounds heavier than April, definitely have never felt better. Only top 3 announced, unfortunately not me but from lineup we are thinking potentially fourth.
Biggest news from the weekend is I'm the newest sponsored athlete at blueprint... So the will I or won't I continue due to cash is no longer relivent... Time to start building againSeriously?! I have a blog?!

I ordered the ones from IDFA and man do they ever email you a poopload of pics. There was one picture that made me say "holy S" out loud to myself. I never realized that my back had that much "pop" and definition to it. It is in my drop box and I cannot access drop box at work or I would post it.

Morning everyone. Finally back to work after 5 days off, and I feel lost as f*ck lol. This is what I get for missing my training day for my new job lol. On the other hand, I am happy that it's chest day!
