hey everyone!! did not have much access to the internet this weekend.....but the results are in....had a great time, it was an excellent experience and now know what I have to do and take away for the next time......
and the suspense for those who don't know.....
3rd of 3 for the Masters Figure division....
and........
4th of 7 for the Novice Figure Tall division......

75g is not low if done right, and its not keto either, 25g or less send the body into ketosis
id raise the healthy fats to a level where they are about 50% of your caloric intake along with protein and do that for one month
carb cravings is controlled by the brain, the less you give the less you want, hence you adapting, the body will turn to fat for fuel
theres essential aminos and fats
no essential carbs
