Morning everyone, feeling like a big bag of poo! I AM WIPED OUT!!!
You take care of yourself, I know from experience how sleep deprivation can wreck ya.
Too much wild and crazy in the bedroom huh? LOL. I actually really enjoy weight watchers, its the only thing I can stick with for any amount of time...dieting is not my strength and it allowed me the flexibility to still eat what I wanted and lose weight. Of course once you drop some poundage, you're gonna want to change up the diet in order to maximize your strength gains or whatever it is you're shooting for in the gym.
Hey, has anyone tried IF or the Warrior Diet...I am intrigued but don't know if I could fast like that daily?Last edited by Riggs75; 07-16-2012 at 06:48 AM.

I'm on it right now and am having great success! I too joined with the suggestion by my mom. I'm not obese but I'm definitely a lot bigger than I want to be and should be.
If you want to PM me with questions etc feel free! Just and FYI in 4 weeks I have lost 6.5 lbs and I haven't been starving at all! It's great!Journal but the 2020/2021 ed. ---> https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=141049421

Just saw this....the meetings are a HUUUGE help! They help you with tough times, and celebrate your successes. I couldn't do it without the meetings...they are such an integral part of the program. I have the unlimited meetings and online access...OMG it makes a big different! You may want at some point to join the meetings...they really do help and yes men go to them.

Welcome to the BB site....how goes it?
I just got here, seems as if there are a few people that are friends on this forum....tell us about ya?
I just got here....Im from rural Manitoba, work in law enforcement, been working out off and on since 16 years old mostly during the off season from hockey.
Went up north for work, hit the gym hard year round and felt great but then had a terrible hand injury.
Since recovery, been going hard at 8 months straight!
Just hammered out chest and back....inspiration is my son/wife and Charles Fuller pro natural body builder!

Lazyyyyyy. Fog makes me want to not move a muscle.
About your IF question, I did it for 4 or 5 months the summer before I started working with Joe, Absolutely loved it. A little hunger in the beginning but after that it was no problem. The only drawback for me was it wasn't a "lifestyle" thing, it was a diet.Seriously?! I have a blog?!

Hey all
HUmiditys not to bad here at them moment. Hoping for rain before I have to go for an outdoor run shortly. Had to do PT on moday in a gym with no AC. Was doing pushups on the floor and my right hand slipped from under me.You may delay, but time will not.
Nothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task.
Don’t wait for moods. You accomplish nothing if you do that. Your mind must know it has got to get down to work.
Yesterday is a cancelled cheque. Tomorrow is a promissory note. Today is the only cash you have, so spend it wisely.
If you do give up though just think. The sooner I fall behind, the more time I have to catch up.

Crazy humid here still, we got some rain last night but not enough to make anything better...garden is starting to suffer, might have to get the hose out but there are even restrictions right now on when we can water and how long.
Hey Canuckers, last night shift this week, hope it goes by quickL.E.O.

Ugh...nightshifts....only good thing about them is if the wife works you can usually sneak to the gym for a couple hours during the day without feeling bad about not being around.
I'm back to dayshift on Friday and it's forecasted to be 35C all weekend....great for wearing 30 lbs of gear all day!
Also...whats CSC?

It's been a while so I'd like to reiterate how much I hate doing AB's.
Now that that's out of the way, I went for a run today outside for the first time in over a year. Felt good, especially since I lap'd everyone. Was really hoping for rain though, at least we had overcast. Hope your shifts going well Riggs. You may delay, but time will not.
