Hello fellow Canadians! How are we? Just checkin in, been slackin a little put 5 lbs back on! Damn!!! My lifting is still going well, 4 times a week, finally to a 200 bench x1. I feel like a total bum if I miss a workout. Had to get back on here and re-charge my motivation! Sittin at 285, gotta get back in gear and shed more fat, this 34 degree weather, and the fact that I wear coveralls at work and sweat to death certainly helps! lol

Hey all, checking in for the first time in a while. Been super busy with raising the little ones ya know. Back to work in a couple weeks though so that will help get me back on a more normal schedule which will hopefully include diet and exercise....only good thing is that I've managed to keep my weight pretty much the same since the little fella was born so I won't have to completely start over. Was having pretty good success with the paleo diet thingy, gonna go back on that again soon.
How is everyone? Happy belated birthdays to those I missed, congrats on the move Lith, we'll have to hook up one of these days.L.E.O.

Sorry for comming and going like this but I figured I'd post here first that this will be the last week I will be above 200lbs DUN DUN DUN. Droped 50lbs from the beginning of march. Now I just need to kee p pushing further and make sure I keep it off.You may delay, but time will not.
Nothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task.
Don’t wait for moods. You accomplish nothing if you do that. Your mind must know it has got to get down to work.
Yesterday is a cancelled cheque. Tomorrow is a promissory note. Today is the only cash you have, so spend it wisely.
If you do give up though just think. The sooner I fall behind, the more time I have to catch up.
