Nothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task.
Don’t wait for moods. You accomplish nothing if you do that. Your mind must know it has got to get down to work.
Yesterday is a cancelled cheque. Tomorrow is a promissory note. Today is the only cash you have, so spend it wisely.
If you do give up though just think. The sooner I fall behind, the more time I have to catch up.

I miss not careing about what I eat. Everyday at work there are usually a few donuts left over and I'm forced to make someone else eat them.

I have no prob staying away from that stuff, I fear the next day to much to touch alcohol. I drank while I was down in Key West right at the end of the TD because we had a day off. After the night of drinking I spent the following day in my room with the ligts out until 4am the following day. Walked to Dennys and the waiter kept feeding me water since I couldn't keep anything down up until that point.

Hey Guise!
Had a good leg workout last night. Got 8 plates a side on leg press for 6 reps (720 lbs). Only reason I was excited was because I haven't done that in a long ass time lol.Bench Max: 380 lbs
Deadlift Max: 505 lbs x2
Squat Max: 365 lbs
Incline Bar Max: 350 lbs x1

You know what I have found has really helped in my shoulder recovery? Going very light on pec deck (12-15 reps) and letting my arms stretch as far back as I can. I do 3-5 sets like that at the end of every chest workout.
I have no issues with shoulder pain on squats anymore. Makes all the difference in the world.Insta: flexjs

I usually try and work my training time from 2-4pm or 3-5pm depending on my client's schedule. I have to change my program, the one I was given is too long for each session. I like the program but going to put it into a 5 day split with cardio and add in an extra set for each exercise to make up the change. Then day 6 will be cardio and day 7 rest day at least from training....not neccessarily from work

Ahhh that sucks man. That sh*t happens sometimes though. Hasn't happened to me, I'm just usually tearing muscles in the chest department lol.
Edit: Almost forgot to mention how pissed I was Tuesday at GNC. I went in to get a 5 lb tub of Optimum protein, normally costs me around $70 or so. For some unknown reason, it was $75 plus tax which brought the grand total to $85 and change. I almost told the woman working I didn't want it because it was so expensive, but I didn't want to be a tool.
I think I may try the Kaizen stuff from Costco, seeing as I hear it tastes pretty and it's about $40 for 5 lbs.Last edited by LithiuM23; 05-17-2012 at 08:48 AM.
