I miss not careing about what I eat. Everyday at work there are usually a few donuts left over and I'm forced to make someone else eat them.

I have no problem walking right by that crap.

My only real problem is staying away from beer. Been doing a good job on that lately though.

I have no prob staying away from that stuff, I fear the next day to much to touch alcohol. I drank while I was down in Key West right at the end of the TD because we had a day off. After the night of drinking I spent the following day in my room with the ligts out until 4am the following day. Walked to Dennys and the waiter kept feeding me water since I couldn't keep anything down up until that point.

I do well on both parts....donuts icky.....beer not icky, but just not wanting it....not wanting the vodka much either. I have had 3 ounces in 3 weeks....I know, what's up with that huh.

I know. I have no time to be wasted though..... 55-60 hours of work a week, plus workout time does not leave much room to be down and out from indulging.

    Hey Guise!

Had a good leg workout last night. Got 8 plates a side on leg press for 6 reps (720 lbs). Only reason I was excited was because I haven't done that in a long ass time lol.

    Just bustin' your chops buddy.

I seriously don't get why guys don't like training legs. I love it. And I love having huge legs. Having big arms is nice, but too easy. Having big legs takes serious hard work and dedication. And therefore much more impressive, IMO.

I have to agree with ya there. I never stopped training legs, I just kind of neglected them for a couple of years and they lost a lot of size/strength. I need to start stretching my shoulders more so that I can get under the bar to do squats again

You know what I have found has really helped in my shoulder recovery? Going very light on pec deck (12-15 reps) and letting my arms stretch as far back as I can. I do 3-5 sets like that at the end of every chest workout.

I have no issues with shoulder pain on squats anymore. Makes all the difference in the world.

I usually try and work my training time from 2-4pm or 3-5pm depending on my client's schedule. I have to change my program, the one I was given is too long for each session. I like the program but going to put it into a 5 day split with cardio and add in an extra set for each exercise to make up the change. Then day 6 will be cardio and day 7 rest day at least from training....not neccessarily from work

I can't train right now. But mirin' those numbers, srs.

Pulled something in my back putting down rep 3 of deads yesterday. Fun times. Only 255lbs, too

A little flaw in you're form, or just tweak it the wrong way?

Ahhh that sucks man. That sh*t happens sometimes though. Hasn't happened to me, I'm just usually tearing muscles in the chest department lol.

Edit: Almost forgot to mention how pissed I was Tuesday at GNC. I went in to get a 5 lb tub of Optimum protein, normally costs me around $70 or so. For some unknown reason, it was $75 plus tax which brought the grand total to $85 and change. I almost told the woman working I didn't want it because it was so expensive, but I didn't want to be a tool.

I think I may try the Kaizen stuff from Costco, seeing as I hear it tastes pretty and it's about $40 for 5 lbs.

Kaizen has sweetener in it, just so you're aware. It's not a huge deal, but that's why it tastes good.

So is it artificial or actual sugar?

I pretty much buy that exclusively. Price is great and it tastes good. Although the last tub I bought seems a little different. Not sure if they changed something or not.

You may delay, but time will not.
Nothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task.
Don’t wait for moods. You accomplish nothing if you do that. Your mind must know it has got to get down to work.

I used to use that, but did not like it much. I find the chocolate and the vanilla taste close to the same....there is a flavour, like a pina colada or something, that I am not a fan of. Would rather spend the money on something I like.
