Oh I did, managed to loose 5lbs each week for the past 2 weeks while eatting an entire one of these on friday. The rest of the week its lean meat and salad for my meals but friday I get to enjoy food. I also follow up with a heavy cardio enduced weekend with 1 hour of kickboxing or until I get dizzy and cant keep my balance on sat morning and a 5k run in 25 mins in the afternoon. Then 1 and a half hours of yoga on sunday morning and 1 hour bike to finish off the weekend and the week is also cardio inriched. Trying to cut the fat with a knife.

Good day everyone, and happy Mommy's day to any moms.
So I guess its a form of hot yoga, I thought about it but don't think I could handle it. I have a low tolerance to heat, I usally have to do my workouts in the morning with the heat turned off in the house and Im still covered in sweat by the end. I throw heat like a furnace. You may delay, but time will not.
