I dont always but I am going to bring in some stuff and keep it at my desk. I sure would have loved some oatmeal right now....carb...nom nom, instead I went and got a decaf coffee and a whole wheat roll (I very rarely eat bread ). The effin roll is 230 cal!!! That is close to the same calories in one of my meals!!

Pull-top tuna works well (so you don't need to worry about a can opener). Clover leaf makes some flavored ones that aren't bad, like lemon & dill. Beef jerky lasts forever too. And Every once in a while I buya whole box of Cliff Builder bars (the protien ones, not the energy ones)a dn take a few to the office.
Planning ahead means no eating donuts in a moment of weakness.Insta: flexjs

Cans of tuna would be great if it was something I ate. I will bring in some oats and powder. I usually have a little container of protein in my purse, but I guess I never refilled it from last time. I really dont know what I was thinking today, knowing damn well that Leg day are my hungrier days. I have been so focused on trying to get back into the swing of things with only eating at 6,9,12,3 and 7 that I forgot about days like these
No worries on the donut front for me....I don't eat them. Today I thought it was only the small soup roll I was ordering, never thought it was the sandwich bun. Oh well, I will go do some cardio and sauna tonight. No matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress, you are still way ahead of everyone who isn't trying - Tony Robbins

I keep rice poppers at my desk. They are about 6 inches in diameter, and only about 15 calories. Put peanut butter or almond butter on one if you want protein.
Loblaws makes them in-store. And they're cheap. And a bag is good for about a month so you needn't worry about spoilage.
No drama: You know where we are.
