I do. I keep a tub of Dymatize Recoup at my office to add to my water during the day (I use about 1/3 of the suggested amount, so it lasts forever) and I use Scivation Xtend intra/post workoutInsta: flexjs

Not bad at all! Not seeing the results I really wanted to see right off the bat, but I'm just being impatient I guess. It all comes in time.
Been eating a lot of fruit, nuts, lean meats and fish..basically all clean foods, no sauces or anything. Not as rough as I thought it'd be. I'm making sure I eat every 2 to 2 1/2 hours or so.Bench Max: 380 lbs
Deadlift Max: 505 lbs x2
Squat Max: 365 lbs
Incline Bar Max: 350 lbs x1
