With everyone talking about diet etc, I'm going Primal. My body just cannot take those starchy carbs! My body has been screaming at me (with pain) and I finally tuned in to what it was. Dairy and nightshades will stay for now and see how it progresses.

trying eliminating gluten before you get rid of nightshades. too many good vegetables gone that way. I have to be gluten and dairy free and while it has challenges, my intestines are better for it.Originally Posted by cactusflower

Thank you! I have eliminated gluten (or any kind of bread, wheat, flour etc) since Friday. I'm not sure if dairy does bother me but if I go cold turkey on everything i think it will be too much of a change at once and I won't be able to stick with it. The gluten/breads etc is hard enough. be careful of the hidden gluten in stuff as well. It is just not wheat flour....there is soy sauce, barley, barley malt, rye, spelt, kamut, hidden stuff under what they say natural flavourings....etc.Originally Posted by cactusflower
