GTA north west gym
Can anyone suggest a decent gym in the Brampton Mississauga north area? I gave up on gym memberships a long time ago and have a home gym but I want to do some spin/boot camp classes maybe personal training... I tried LA Fitness and Goodlife in the past - was not thrilled with either, maybe that's changed - looking for some honest reviews but those are hard to find. Thanks in advance

Hey Maritimers, I have a question. What are some good competitions for a beginner to get into? I'm looking more in the range of bikini for now. Something into next year around this time, spring- early summer. After hurting my back 3 days before Christmas (worse Christmas ever!) I'm finally getting back to the gym and I'm setting some goals. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

There are not many competitions out in the east, it also depends what province you live in. You can only do the provincial show in the province you reside in, there is the Atlantics open to all Maritimers, but is not a CBBF qualifying show for Nationals and then there is a WBFF show once a year and this year IDFA is coming for the first time in September.Originally Posted by barmmy

Happy mothers day to the moms on here! Living a province away didn't get to take mine out for lunch or anything, but she did get a nice gift basket waiting for her when she got home. It was a busy weekend and didn't get a workout in the past 4 days, so this week will be making up for it and feeling some much needed soreness.
