My cat acts like a dog so have the best of both worlds but not as much work. I love love love dogs but right now isn't a good time for me to have one ... theya re a lot of work and responsibility. So George keeps me plenty busy as it is He got "locked" in one of my closets this morning lol. I didn't know he was in there .... he let me know eventually lol

Second day of the diet and I'm holding strong. The only "bad" thing I've been eating is salt and pepper pistachios for a snack...but I know there are much worse things hahaha.

Hey everyone.
Happy Monday.
Had a pretty good workout at the gym, chest and bi's. Now I'm sitting at work *sigh*
I like dogs and cats and have both. I'm actually quiet allergic to cats but the one we have doesn't usually send me into any fits...at least now that we have had him for a few months lol. I have a pitbull and a pitbull mix (the first ones daughter) as well. Long story short when we got Trixie (the full pit) she was prego and we didn't know until 8 pups came out of her. Well after the first one we kinda figured ><

Patience is deff the key with dieting, something I usually don't have for it.
Training is a different story. I'd go lift and do cardio all night, but eating healthy for me is like pulling teeth...well eating really strict anyway. Boooo!!
But if I can lose 50-60 lbs, people probably wouldn't recognize me, which would be amazing!!
Edit: not that I'm not already cuteBench Max: 380 lbs

LOL!!! We know you are a hottie
Yea diet has been an odd one for me ....It never used to be....and I'd work out and be lean and look good..then the diet started to falter... and well the weight gain began. I'm not purposely being strict on what I eat but most people would think I was only because a lot of what I eat is plain but that's only because I like the taste betterJournal but the 2020/2021 ed. ---> https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=141049421

Mom built a toy box for the kids Saturday and put the (closed) box in the porch for dad to take out. When he grabbed it suddenly a very angry fritz burst out. How he got in and shut it behind him is beyond me. lol
That drive me nuts. "you're already tiny... why do you do what you do?!"
Because I want to. Deal with it.
PS: Totally jealous of your boobs CF hahaSeriously?! I have a blog?!

I started on a diet two weeks ago in prep for a fitness comp in the spring - started out great then my bf of 2+ yrs and I broke up and I can't eat anything...I've dropped most of the holiday pounds now, but not in the way I wanted to. Forced myself to have a protein shake and 1 protein pancake today. :-(

lol Mat!
Morning!
Guys...I was "good" yesterday then when I got home I bombed. I had waited to long to eat and did not eat clean. I had pizza I'm realizing a lot of it is habit (it was fast and easy and I was starving) so I need to have more food with me that's easy to eat .....Journal but the 2020/2021 ed. ---> https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=141049421

YEAH FOR BOOBS!
I have the same problem, its the dieting that I have such a hard time with...the rest is easy breezy lol
So sorry about your breakup Freak but stay strong, its never easy but it does get better.
Prep is one of the biggest issues i have with diet, if I had food available when I wanted it, i'd be less likely to reach for the "crap"
