    my life revolves on sleep, wake,cardio, eat, train, eat, meal prep, work, eat, eat , eat and repeat.

    gym about 20 hours a week, work avg's about 50+ hours a week, meal prep 4-6 hours a week....I could not imagine trying to find time to date.

    That's some good motivation right there, I'm probably only spending 10 hours max in the gym per week, I've definitely gotta up that a bit!

    there is a fine line between motivation and stupidity....20 hours to training leans on the side of stupidity but when you want something you do your best to get it. after this competition the time will decrease and weight amount will increase...grow grow grow!!

    I try for 1-1.5 hours at this point, plus that times includes weight training, posing practice and tanning. 26 days and counting. My body does not like to let go of my core area very easy and cardio is my last resort.

    Endurance and conditioning day today, pure body weight exercises, skipping, and punching. Managed to eat 2 lunches and a couple protein shakes, can't wait to see some more lean mass on my bones! Happy hump day tomorrow all!

    Turning the big 35 today. Just got informed Im not working tonight. No plans made, nobody I care to spend the evening with in this town, and minimum $1500 for a flight out. Can't drink myself into oblivion since I'm 6 weeks out. What do?
