LOL you obviously never looked at my bulking pics in my profile Refocussing. Going to switch my workouts from afternoon to mornings because I haven't been able to get my lazy ass out of bed. If I'm already awake, I have no excuse. Also finally brought my stuff to work so I can get some cardio in durning my breaks. I need this.

It's not a fear by any means. I am more or less taking responsibility for the fact that my actions have not been in line with my goals these last couple weeks. I want to do better than last nationals, and it won't happen if I don't start working harder.Being weak is a choice. So is being strong.

A bit. I did bring my stuff to work finally and am now doing cardio on my linch break to fit it in. Hopefully my plan of changing my workout time will eliminate the mental obstacles I have had these last three weeks. I have school as soon as I'm done work today so the real test will start tmrw.

Friday is going to be a test for me too!!!! I have to work the early shift so I am not able to go to the gym until 4pm ..... something I don't normally do, something I really don't like but on the plus side, I am going (hope) to sleep in for an extra half hour to 45 min and skip morning cardio.

The dieting just becomes routine and is not really the hardest part of the process. I find the hardest things of this whole process are the emotional things (am I good enough to do this, then you start comparing your results against others, then you get tired and frustrated, you plateau, you think to yourself "really is an extra cup of spinach going to make me fail") and the second would be finding what works/fires your body into weight loss as we are not built for the same diet and it gets frustrating.
I know after this I have 8 months to bulk and work with my body to find out what works better because as of now, there is something I feel I am missing and it is too late in the game to eff around to figure it out.No matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress, you are still way ahead of everyone who isn't trying - Tony Robbins
