Got 315 on incline today for 2. Next week I think I'm going to try 325 for 1 or 2.
This makes me happy lol

One training session per day, but they are pretty intense. Double cardio days started this week. It was time to face the music and finally get the concept that increased cardio is the only way I am going to lose the belly since the diet is tight as a$$.
Prepping for the Nova Scotia Provincial show on April 6th and if funds allow to do the Atlantics in Moncton the following weekend on the 13th.No matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress, you are still way ahead of everyone who isn't trying - Tony Robbins

Can't even remember the last time I did flat bench, but I got 305 last November and then killed my shoulder.
Took a break; came back, start getting close again, wrecked my shoulder again.
Pisses me off I am stronger in every single lift than I was 10 years ago; except bench press.
Back then I could get 315 for 3 on a good day...Insta: flexjs
