That's pretty disgusting I must say.
I only went up to 3 plates for reps because I was training with a buddy Sunday and he wasn't doing them. Also I waited till the end to do them. Next time I'll go heavier.
I did get 315 on T bar rows for 6 reps though, and my back is still sore today lol. Worksgoodman.jpgBench Max: 380 lbs

Hellooooo all! This seems like a very friendly place and some people even share my love/hate relationship with peanut butter so I decided I should hop in here. In the process of taking control of my hip and back issues and losing fluff last year it appears as though I may have developed a deep fondness for picking up weights and putting them back down again.
For all of you that do shows, did anyone at one time dislike the stage enough to think they'd never do it no matter how they looked? It would be way far down the road for me but I was just curious.

I swore up and down I'd never get on stage... Here I am prepping for number seven? Haha
It's something a lot of people say they'll do once and either hate it or love it. I figured I'd do it, completely hate the stage aspect and move on.... Turns out I ended up loving it.Seriously?! I have a blog?!

I am prepping for my second and third show right now.....without peanut butter. So far I have gone 16 days and not even a tablespoon of the stuff. I have had lots of days that I would love nothing more than to sit down with a big spoon, a big jar of natty PB and binge eat all 6,000 calories in the jar.

LOL until I realized it was the 16th today I was thought it was hilarious you could recite how many day's it's been just like someone at an AA meeting. I know the feeling of wanting to eat the whole jar of PB so I'm waiting a good while before I bring it back into the house. It's not like it ruins my diet, but it just tries to hog all of my discretionary calories just like a needy significant other demands all of your time. I just buy a small bag of nuts occasionally to get my fix now.

NSABBA thankfully does not have theme wear, but last year the bikini portion was huge and long. This year I am not sure how many of those same girls are entering again and moving up to figure but I suspect that it again will be a big portion of the show. Ideally they should have bikini as a Sunday afternoon show all on its own.

Yes, I do bikini tall (trying figure this year too tho) in the ABBA and we are always the last to go on stage. The figure classes tend to have more people than bikini in Alberta so they take up the most time. Even at nationals we were rushed through our posing because time was running out before the night show. Having bikini or figure separate would be a great idea to control the length of the shows but it wouldn't be profitable for the sponsors.

And now I have to admit I have a problem.
I should be eating around 2405 calories a day to be a little under maintenance (I'd like to drop bf% as much as possible while strength training). I'm having a lot of trouble coming to grips with the fact that I have to cut a lot of things out of the diet, and I don't really know where to start.
Any help would be appreciated. For the record, I enjoy chicken, red meat, fish, turkey, sweet potatoes, broccoli and other veggies (other than artichoke and brussel sprouts ewwwww), etc... My biggest hurdle is preparing food in advance (which is difficult for most people, I think?), but still having a variety and being able to hit my protein goals.
I know there's a LOT of info out there, but I have trouble sifting through it all and sticking to one thing.
