Hey! How's everybody?
Haven't posted in this thread (or bb.com actually) in quite a while. New province and new job kept me crazy busy. Anyway, lol as much a you want but I am now leaving Crossfit after being disapointed quite a bit and gonna back to normal weight training starting next week.
See ya!

They frown upon using chalk, but people still use it.
You can just get on the trans canada by costco and be at the gym in dieppe within 10 minutes. I live off elmwood drive and it takes me like 6-8 minutes to get there depending on traffic. The closest for you would deff be Global.Bench Max: 380 lbs
Deadlift Max: 505 lbs x2
Squat Max: 365 lbs
Incline Bar Max: 350 lbs x1

I go to a YMCA and it's ALLLLLLLLLLWAYS busy!
It's funny if I get there basically around 5-6pm I just drive right by the parking lot and park on the road up the hill but people still seem to all turn in the parking lot and there will be 10 cars lined up waiting for spots. Like haven't you learned yet?Workout Log

Deep tissue massage is not a day in the spa eating bonbons and sipping on champagne, but it feels good

true d'at
My workouts for today and yesterday have kinda sucked. My forearms are really, really weak and made it hard to do a solid back workout. I think the forearms are probably still stiff from rack pulls the other dayNo matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress, you are still way ahead of everyone who isn't trying - Tony Robbins

I use a hockey ball for self therapy. Rolls really well between the scapula, erector spinae, chest, delts, the glutes and the feet. My lower/upper trap, delts are sore this week from exercise and rolling out some of the tightness. My front delts are a knotted mess . Someone also showed me how to stretch out the abs so that I can get my poses looking more elongated.
