Because I absolutely cannot stand going in the evening after work when the gym is crowded. I go at 5:30am and almost never have to wait for equipment or change my routine, and almost never have anyone pester me for equipment or ask to work in or how many sets I have left, etc.
It's pure bliss.
Yeah, the getting up early sucks (I get up at 4:30am) but it only took about 8 weeks to get used to it.Insta: flexjs

It's an old Sci-Fi film from 1971 based on the book of the same name by Michael Crichton (who also wrote Jurassic Park, among others).
Was a tad far fetched, but the special effects were great for the time, and it was very suspenseful.

RAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWRRRRRRRRRRRRR, gonna shoot the person that thought working all night was a great idea! Backshift #4 and i'm toast...last one thank goodness, feeling soooo worn down...almost feels like a cold is trying to set in, hopefully a couple days of normal sleep will help me beat whatever is attacking my immune system.
