Riggs you can take that one step further if you like. There is a yoga move where you can place your hands palms up under your feet. It stretches out wrists and forearms as well as the back. The looser your hammies get the more you will be able to straighten your legs (to which I am no where near straight legged yet)

Hey everyone. Looks like I'm moving to Niagara Falls in the new year. Just wondering if anyone can suggest a good bodybuilding gym. I'm not a fan of bigger gyms like GoodLife. I like places where its the same 20 people, everyone becomes family over time, kind of vibe. Thanks
