I still have 7 weeks before my cut thank goodness :-P going to have my squat form assessed tonight n hopefully get back at it and see if it makes a difference with the legs :P

Timing and snacking is what need I need to start cleaning up in a week, need to get the PB intake in check. It is sad to say that I still eat a very clean diet since the show but good to say that I dont think I will need to start the hard dieting until 12 weeks from contest. I am only up 7lbs according to my scale in 6 weeks since the show and I would like to take that back off plus another 5 this time.

I love my natty PB, but sometimes too much I think. In 6 weeks I have eaten 3.5 jars of it (each jar is 1kg )......the really bad part is that sometimes I dip my PB spoon into the butter dish and have the butter and PB together...yup, really, I do ....

Tried hot yoga for the first time tonight...I have a hard time with the breathing but loved the sweat it gives you.

Why is it we are all addicted to PB? I can't keep the stuff anywhere that may become visable because I know if I see it, that one TBSP will turn into 3, or 4, or 5..............

I am going to try to go Friday nights (cheap night) when my schedule allows. I think it will be very beneficial for my training. And the sweat is an all over sweat, it is great.

Went to the Y for a while, always packed. Free weight section is packed, hard to do what you want, always waiting lots of machines and caardio though and they do have the pool and all the extras if you want that. Riggs you can take that one step further if you like. There is a yoga move where you can place your hands palms up under your feet. It stretches out wrists and forearms as well as the back. The looser your hammies get the more you will be able to straighten your legs (to which I am no where near straight legged yet)
