I only ever do fasted cardio, I think it actually keeps me awake for the rest of the day. But I make sure to be sip on some BCAA (not sure if it actually helps or if its a placebo effect but it does feel like it takes longer for lactic acid to build up during long cardio sessions)

I would say yes. Is there something particular you are referring to that say we aren't?

And lord...what would Quebec do as its own country? The amount of start up "cash" they would need. Their own currency, army, security, government....they already get huge amount of tax cash from Canada...what do if it all goes away?

When we (Alberta) separate, we’ll probably never talk to them again.

lmao @ "tax cash"
We pay the highest in sales tax. We pay stupid amounts for gas. Our 7$/day daycare has waiting lists that are years long...
In any case, that discussion has been shelved. She's not stupid enough to referendum again, not with a minority. She was also the lesser of two evils...

Thanks. Lifts have been good lately except for Tuesday. I tried to eat egg whites and oats after morning cardio and before weight session and the session was a total fail. Too much in tummy and energy sunk from it. Today's goal was to do 400lb on the cybex squat press machine.....I did 410lb of plate weight (resistance of machine is base 45lbs) for 6 on last set. Next week's goal....450lb plate weight plus base weight for a total of 495lb x 6 on last set.

Yep. 15 years now. I have moved into mechanical quality control now. It's a heck of a lot warmer inside in the winter and it's only one of the reasons I love my job. I have always been mechanical and liked having an active job. Trades was a natural fit for me. Now that I'm at a desk 50% of the time I burn my energy off at the gym instead of work
It's been good to see more women getting into trades over the years too. When I started, they didn't even make women's work boots. They had steel toe "shoes" which are good for fak all if you aren't a flag hag :-)
