Haha no, Canadians aren't jerks, but Aussies and Kiwis put us to shame in the niceness department. I spent a year down that way and the people are UNBELIEVEABLY friendly and easy going. Even more so than us Canucks :-P

So I might have ****ed myself out of the one shot I had with Toronto Fire for the 2013 recruitment. Anyone in the GTA know of somebody who runs a WSIB certified standard first aid course??

Don't you just love it when people say "Oh, I don't have time to work out." Lamest excuse in the world. If you want it, you'll make time for it. If those of us who work practically all the time can do it, so can everyone else

It is what it is I guess. The area is quite nice really and there's a lot of outdoor activity. Everyone works ALL THE TIME though so it is hard to take advantage of anything. Yes, I'm on a sllep, train, work, repeat schedule. Maybe that explains why I live in a town with 56% men and haven't had a BF in over two years HAHAHAHAHA

I'm still surprised seeing all the east coast people on here. When I lived in NB there were only a small handful of BBers.
Also do they do fitness photo shoots in Fort Mac? I see them all the time in Edmonton especially at golds gym.
Does Brian post here anymore?
Currently rocking FUBAR and ZEUS from the FUSION BODYBUILDING lineup.

I have had to work the last couple of weekends so I have been taking the two days off and by Monday morning I am itching to lift. Just like I am going to start with my fasted cardio again this week, I miss it...it helps keep my brain fog away. I will just have to eat more calories to offset it with my trying to gain muscle.

I've heard morning fasted cardio works great, but it's not something I've ever tried.
