So in your case:

(325 x 3 x 0.0333) + 325 = 357.4675, or ~357.5

I knew there was a way to figure it out, I've just never done it before. But thank you

Nice lift bro, makes me nostalgic for the days when I was actually strong...405 1 rep max flat bench...back before the days of video taping lifts lol so no proof but there were witnesses, now i'm just weak with f*#ked up shoulders and knees..and I thought I was invincible back then lol

Millwright?! Wow, didn't expect that one...I'm currently in school completing a pre-apprenticship program in welding but we have a few different trades at our campus. It's a model for unhealthy lifestyles, especially with a McD's beside us lol. Nice to see someone in the trades who is breaking barriers on a couple levels!

I enjoy welding but it's a back-up plan and I'm not sure where i want to go with it yet. Decided to snatch up a trade since the process for being hired on with the CF as an MP is overly long/frustrating. Might as well make some money as i strive to achieve my MP dream
