hahahahaha there are two guys that are in every morning and I give them kudos for showing up everyday, but man to watch their partial reps is funny cause they think they are the bomb staying fit and going to the gym...lol
I hear that.
Lots of guys I see at my gym that show up early every day just like me; they're consistent but they don't accomplish jack 5h1t, IMHO.
Half reps; too much ab/bicep work, to much wandering around, not enough sweating due to seriously hard work....the list goes on.

I was supposed to do legs today, but the gf didn't work till 1 so she convinced me to stay home. I'll just have to do them Friday, which was supposed to be my other day off this week. I might even try some front squats lol

Still getting used to fronts. They're awesome though, and I don't think anyone else in my gym does them. Was getting a few looks from regulars and trainers alike on Monday...

I don't have the range of motion with my shoulders to do back squats at the moment, so I really have no choice. I usually just do leg press and a lot of extensions, but I need to switch it up.

I think once I lose some weight and keep doing my stretches, I should have more mobility to do them. If pro bodybuilders can do them with the size of their shoulders, then there's something wrong with me lol

Like you said, it's a mobility thing. I'd just go with trying to get the bar on my back, arms as wide out as possible, bringing them in a little bit every time.

I was forced into it initially but I've been front squatting regularly and I love them. Do you do dislocates? I had to work on my shoulder mobility and that's the one thing that helped me the most.

I have no idea what you're talking about, so I assume I haven't done them lol
Oh, I do those, I just neverk knew the name of them lol. Thanks though! Any other exercises you know of?
I find foam rolling helps me a lot. Otherwise I just do different arm circles and some standing wall slides. There's a whole bunch of other things to be found if you google too.
edit: there's some tests that might help identify which ones will help more too
Sorry I'm kinda scatterbrained from being on the computer for so long. I should have mentioned foam rolling is good for a lot of purposes but specifically for increasing mobility I think it's useful to do some to loosen things up right before other stretches/exercises. I can take my stretches further that way.
