At the moment anything chicken that I am allowed to put avocado with.
It is still not a natural peanut butter it has palm oil and sugar added so it will not seperate. I am not sure why they can label it as natural.

I never really read the ingredients, by my trainer told me to eat it and he eats it himself, so I just go with it. Also, it does seperate and it's nasty when you first open the jar.

Food does have flavor all on its own but I do still use no salt seasonings, pepper or sea salt and other things when I am not trying diet for a show.

shake the jar first before you open it. makes it easier to stir up.

I'm never going to diet for a show. Ever.
So, for me, slow and steady is > bodybuilding pre-show diets.
I just have to clean up what I eat, get more protons and less carbs. That's in my case, though.

Yes. I know. I was making a point. I don't have the same need right now, and switching to a contest prep diet at this point would do me more harm than good.
I just need to get my macros under control, and let slow fat loss take over. Slow and steady, not a 6 weeks out deal.
