Yeah its pretty chilly here today. Was so nice and mild up till a week or so ago and then winter came crashing down hard. Oh well, it is that time of year.

I'm always cold, don't ask me why (I don't even know lol) but I am! I come into work in an office and I keep my jacket on 3/4 of the day whereas everyone else is fine.

I am the opposite, my wife calls me a furnace. I could literally sleep with the windows open all year long and love it. The only time I get cold is in the morning and then its only a slight chill from my body temp going down or if my feet get wet/cold

Same here. Every year when the cool weather gets here I have the maintenance guys close the vents in my office so I get no heat. Otherwise I will be sweating all winter long. We keep the office at 70-72 which is way warm for me, but everyone else has little space heaters under their desks because they're cold. I don't get it. I love it when I come in and my office is cold.
I don't even own a proper winter coat.
Also; HNY Canucks.

Just like me, if the temp gets over 70 I find it too warm lol

Fortunately it was only my Mom and I for the holidays so it was not a huge dinner or indulgence. I did have one night, last Sunday to be exact, where I could not keep my hands away from my friend's homemade bailey's fudge (to which I am not suppose to be eating...dairy) but that was my biggest calorie day.

It contains the word poutine so I would not even look at it. But honestly I am not sure what it is other than maybe poutine pie?

Merry Christmas and happy new year everyone! ... Totally late to the party as usual!
Been working a ton of overtime to start saving up for a few trips and a new suit for may. Funny how not paying for prep anymore doesn't seem to leave a couple grand extra in my bank account.
Seriously?! I have a blog?!

Poutine Rapee is a French Canadian thing. East coast. It's actually potato and salt pork... no fries and gravy seen this christmas.

drum roll please.....
and the dumba$$ award of the day goes to me! a shot of sea salt first thing in the morning with coffee on an empty stomach will ensure that your tummy is completely empty before fasted cardio

I only have a quarter of a teaspoon a day, 500mg and any other if it is in the food I eat...currently I have no condiments other than olive oil on a meal and now of course the little bit of salt.
