If im doing weighted chin ups and dips....How much weight should i add? nough to get 4-6 reps? 8-10 reps? Im not sure how it works. My goals are to increase size and strength but mostly a little size for now...Thanks in advance

Based on strength and size, according to NASM would be 6-12 at about 80% 1rm, max strength max intensity at aout 1-5.
