    Woohoo, I lost a lot of water weight. The scale says I weigh 153.8 lbs. That's the lowest number I saw this year.

    I am going out to eat tonight. I hope I don't go crazy. It is always hard to eat within allowed calorie intake while eating out. Also, weekend is coming that means more trouble. I need to get some cardio done before going out. Gotta RUN.

    It has been a couple weeks since I was here. I've been really busy and I didn't track what I was eating and tried to exercise but didn't find the time. I was too tired to exercise. The result isn't too bad. I weighed 155.6 pounds yesterday.

    I am trying to be a 'perfect' dieter for next 7 weeks. I know there will be a couple of days(planned) I will enjoy good foods and companies. But I will be strict on measuring everything and staying within allowed calorie intake. Patience & Consistency will be the key to my success.

    I know it always is something right..exercise does make me feel better but it's just getting myself going that is the problem.
    I just can't seem to get that drive that most ladies have on here.
    I figure as long as i do something it's better than sitting on the couch
    How is your knee..it think that was your issue with your running right
    My heel is still messed up so i have not been running at all in the past week.
    Just doing my workouts on Fitnessglo and walking on the treadmill.

    I'm glad you stopped by my log Vanessa.

    Since I don't run fast & long, my knee feels better. I didn't make to the 10K run since I was worried about my legs. Now if I run, I do it 3 miles or 30 min. I thought being healthy is better than being skinny. I feel I run because I want to be skinny which is not right. I want to have muscle so that when I get older, I can still hang with the young. Hmmm, I need to work harder, lift heavier, eat smarter but not running(or any high impact) so much.

    Well, my special diet (thru end of June) is going well. I'm down to 147 this morning. I know I'm not losing pure fat that fast. Mostly water, I bet. But it just makes me happy to see the scale going down. I don't exercise as much as before but I don't eat that much since I don't have time to sit around thinking about food. So far so good... Keep fingers crossed!

    Yeah you sound just like me. I use to run all those miles to make up for my bad diet. Now i am trying(notice i said trying) to eat better and run a few times a week for 3-3.5 miles. I am trying to be happy with who i am..i figure at 47 this is me. I can improve a bit but i know deep down i will never be like Julia(luvdogs)who i admire at 52 and has the body of a 25 year old..i have tried to get into that kind of shape but all that does is set me up to binge.
    So now i try to not make anything off limits like i use too. It seems to be working so far..only time will tell.

    Thanks, Cathy. I feel so good to be in 140's but I guess I'm not used to it because I was writing my wt(I weigh daily and record) as 15* instead of 14*.
    I still think about what you said to me on fat loss comp thread. You said, "why can't you be one of those people that transforms their body?" Yes, I can transform my body!
