How to count fats towards daily diet

    Hi,

When we talk about certain percentage of eating fats in our daily diet, does it include only saturated fats or any fat?
For e.g. if someone say we should be eating 50% carbs, 35% proteins and 15% fats, does that 15% fats mean any fat or only saturated fat?

    Thanks
