I <3 reverse curls. Nothing finishes out bi's and gets that tightness that says this arm is fried like reverses. I'll do the bar, or if I'm feeling slackerish I'll do them on the low attachment on the cable machine. I don't know why I don't mentally feel like I get the same pump, even though I probably do. Something about not having to dink around the gym looking for the clips I guess. Just not complete without the lost time.

Just remember kiddos. Dinosaurs don't lift. T-rex has no place near the ez-curl bar... rawr. ;-P

I have always stayed away from reverse curls until today. I did three sets of moderate weight and the pump was incredible! I'm definitely going to incorperate this into my arm routine.

This is exactly why I don't do them anymore. I had the worst tendinitis for MONTHS after doing reverse curls. It was so frustrating trying to work through that pain, so reverse curls are off the menu.

A 20-25lb. dumbbell is fine doing reverse curls on the bench. I used the e-z curl bar in the past and caused much pain. Just getting back now.

Love Reverse curls I do them with an ez-curl bar and use the wide angle. Great for adding upper arm width because of the Brachialis muscle getting hit so hard. It also helps drive the biceps higher when the Brachialis has good development. I also feel in my biceps...

For no particular reason I do reverse curls with a straight bar. Do you think there's is an advantage to using the ez?
